“Today is a very special day, we will sign the contract extension with the Lakers and just wanted to communicate my happiness and gratitude for the confidence that the team placed in me from the first day they made the transfer.

It was an incredible stage since I came to Los Angeles and I hope during the next five years to continue providing everything I have made so far and get more championships for the team.

I take this opportunity to wish all of you a very Happy Holidays and a very Merry Christmas.
