Letter from Pau to Severiano Ballesteros

Like so many other national and international sports fan, I have followed for many years your evolution and great career as a professional and your presence as an excellent person.

You’ve been one of the first and most important ambassadors for our sport and our flag around the world, opening the way for all those who, after you, have managed to make a site outside of Spain.

At the moment in which again you prove your greatness and your entire record as a human being, I don’t want to lose the opportunity not only to prove my support, but to thank you for this force that you have given everyone.

From Los Angeles, I send a big hug and wish you a quickly recovery. I am sure that very soon we will enjoy yourself and your leadership. It is now that I feel closer to you and when I wish more your victory.
